Monthly Rate Available for Oct/Nov/Dec/Jan/Feb/Mar: $900 plus cleaning fee.

*Minimum Stay: 3 nights.

$60 Cleaning fee applies to
minimum 3 night stay requirement.
This provides initial setup and linens upon check in.

Weekly Rate is based on Saturday Arrival with Departure the following Saturday

(Check-in is after 4:00 p.m. and Check out time is 10:00 a.m.)

To Make a Reservation:
1. Confirm your desired vacation date with us by E-mail or telephone.
2. A $100 deposit, plus full payment (including taxes) can be secured with MasterCard and Visa. A confirmation letter will be sent.
3. Keys and other information (gate pass, map, etc.) will be mailed 20 days prior to arrival.

Note: If we are booked we can offer referrals for other condo rentals at Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort. We encourage everyone to make their reservations early.
